The calm before...

In many ways this full moon is a stable one. Compared to the stereotypical hysteria, or lunacy of what a full moon can illuminate in us mere humans, this one may feel more like an emotionally practical affair. I'm even boring myself here. Let's start with some lyrics:

His crown lit up the way as we moved slowly
Past the wondering eyes of the ones that were left behind

Howling ghosts, they reappear
In mountains that are stacked with fear

Really this full moon needs to be a little somber for the next two to follow are intense. October brings in the eclipse season and this will be an IN-TENSE time. Many changes, surprises, endings and beginnings are on the horizon. I will write about this in the coming days! Back to the moon in Uttara Bhadrapada.

The moon being sandwiched between Saturn and Rahu gives it this perceived feeling of suffering and foreboding tonight and tomorrow. You could be in a Ping-Pong between the past and the future and neither will overly serve you well. Really the only way is through - here into what is right now. Surrender into the tears of the rain if they fall and accept what is growing in your life, for now, as it is. Controlling or making drastic actions over the next couple of days will only make next month more intense - as there is a storm coming, me hearties. Batten down the hatches in this temporary calm. And take care of those heart-ies.

Across the earth to the Sun we have Mars in the same sign trying to bolster bravery, defence and courage - and really this is a godsend at this lunar moment. You will need this in the coming weeks but now use it as a way to replenish energy, defend boundaries and stand up for yourself rather than as I said earlier take drastic action or make hasty decisions. I think I will leave it there before you unfollow me. I wish you a calm and stable full moon and for your heart to land on firm foundations.
