 The new moon in Purva Bhadrapada is an interesting shift from the past couple of months. With now 5 planets residing in sidereal (real sky) Aquarius we have shifted some of that heavier more serious weight of Capricorn into something more cerebral and light. From earth to Air we float a little higher and loftier. Of course we still have the big giants Jupiter and Saturn still residing in Capricorn but that is set to change next month when Jupiter also moves to Aquarius. So what does this mean my flower power children?
Aquarius is a very complex sign (YAY...urgh) full of eccentricities, peculiarities and most of all brilliant insight! Living mostly in the mind and the land of ideas it soars above the general folk and see's the bigger picture - how all the pieces of the puzzle fit together (and why it matters) rather than only focusing on the individual bit. This is the power of the moment we are in. It is time to come together in community - more hands make lighter work of what we have been going through. We need each other and continuing to work so hard without each other becomes both lonely and self suffocating. Purva Bhadrapada has a symbol of a two faced human and a sword - so there is two sides or two directions to this journey of this battle (life) ahead. How you wield your sword is very important in how this story continues. What face are you going to show to the world and your community? A sword can defend or offend and is a weapon to be used wisely or much harm can eventuate. I see this moon as a spark or a choice. It is up to you to choose how you walk ahead on this path. What is the bigger picture here? It's a remarkable time to get insight. But even more so how can we do this together?
