Dear readers. We have been through a lot together. The past month particularly has had an intensity to it reflecting upon and completing a lot of shadowy/avoided and repressed lessons. We now arrive at the final eclipse for the year and much is to change by the end of the month. We are at the point of crisis where we shall find healing but one needs to walk through the death of the underworld, leave all of the past and what is known behind and courageously birth into the unknown. Trust. I was thinking about writing a specific blog for each ascendant (as referenced in previous post) but I feel collectively we are quite aligned in this partial lunar eclipse on Sunday morning (5am-6am AEDT) for it to be relevant whichever way I write it. Ok so the counsel here is to watch your energy/actions/communications and ego in relationships (personal or professional) this weekend. We are at a rocky end to a perilous journey and we are all becoming weary, confused and short tethered. Some things sure need to be forgiven, forgotten and let go of. Some even quite dramatically will or have ended ferociously/fiercely. But we are talking about destroying one building here not the entire street. Remember who your friends and loved ones are. Baby and bathwater situation. Poor Baby. Nobody throws Baby out with the bathwater. (couldn't help my Swayze there). As the moon is partially eclipsed we are feeling confused, fatigued and maybe making shit up in our heads. Be careful not to let your thoughts at this time dominate you into making peculiar/out of alignment decisions you could regret very shortly after. It's time to be as balanced and clear as you can and stick to the small stuff. Ie go back to basics and no I don't mean K-Mart. Though the K-mart of your mind. Anko. Ok I clearly also have eclipse head. But you get it, right? Then night after the eclipse the karmic axis changes sign to the Pisces-Virgo axis and here is when we will see effect of all the hard work we have put in/or suffered through. Jupiter is then free from the chaos of Rahu (karmic axis) and quite quickly we shall see more expansion and movement on the horizon. Really these are exciting times just keep your K-Mart head until next week. Please. Stay light, Mark :)

There are ninjas, cowboys, angels, choir boys, burning houses, flowy curtains and shoulder pads nonsensically in excess. And much like an eclipse nothing makes sense and nothing particularly means anything (or at least right now). This is where we are folks! Welcome to another eclipse portal. This weekend we hit the most intense one - the solar eclipse. Thankfully here in Australia we miss out on seeing the optical shadow of the moon crossing the sun - and as much as you may want to watch this phenomenon - in Vedic culture this is a shadow you don't want on your psyche/soul. My American friends you will be under this eclipse so go calm and safe! There is much intensity in the sky this month. Too much to write about here so I may have to write something more specific for each ascendant in the coming days. But for now this is really all about endings. Things abruptly being cut, detached from, leaving your life or you picking yourself up and making changes yourself. You may have noticed so much quick energy in you life and to those around you at this time. In some ways it's a grand reshuffle. The karmic axis is in flux and re-correcting, re-aligning and shaking things up. When we are all under the Nagas (or serpents of karma) we have little control and need to do everything, and anything we can, to stay calm as the spirals of change are upon us. And they ARE upon us. Much will be revealed and exposed over this month (especially by the end of the month - another post nearer to the time). For now the moon in Chitra is the grand architect buffering us like a pearl in the shell. Building something that we are not quite aware of the shape we will be after all the arduous reshaping.
