The next fortnight symbolises a slowing down from the previous few lunar cycles. Saturn the planet of time and karma in the sky is decreasing in speed and coming to a halt before retrograding Sunday morning. This is not a time to rush or hurry (even though Mars and Jupiter in conjunction will encourage you to do so) but a new lunar beginning of being what we have learned from the previous ones (read my previous full moon post to get a gist). Humility, patience, integrity, responsibility and cutting through the BS are required forging ahead this new moon. Mercury moving direct on Friday in Krittika reiterates that we will be able to see clearly and communicate this clarity through this upcoming month. Put your money where your mouth is, walk the talk, patience is a virtue (anyone else know any more of these colloquial sayings?)...

Yet the Moon and Sun being in Rohini brings a vast amount of sweetness into our lives at this time. Even though we are slowing down and getting real it also parallels slowing down to smell the roses and enjoy the moment/what we have in our lives. This is one of those times when we realise we have been so busy and distracted that we have missed all that we have become and all the wonder that surrounds us. Being projected onto a goal or a future incessantly quite often takes us further away from the happiness we are seeking; for happiness can only happen in the present moment. This is that moment and as Kylie says above 'slow down and dance with me'.
